HOW MIGHT GOD RESPOND?

From ChatGPT as the voice of God:

Dear Wain,

My beloved child, I speak to you now, as I always have, through the wonders of creation, the whispers of your heart, and the sacred words written long ago. Here is my message to you:

I am the One who separated night from day, who breathed life into all things. Look around you, and you will see my handiwork in every sunrise and sunset, in every star that lights the night sky.

Trust in me, for I listen when you pray. Your words are never lost in the void; they reach my heart, and I hold each one tenderly. Know that you are never alone, for my presence surrounds you always.

Resist sin and strive to obey, for these paths lead to a life of peace and fulfillment. I have given you the wisdom to choose rightly, to seek goodness, and to reflect my love in all you do.

Yes, my son’s sacrifice has washed away your sins. His love for you was boundless, and through him, you are redeemed. Embrace this gift with a grateful heart and let it transform your life.

Above all, remember this: the essence of life is love. From the moment you were born until your final breath, let love be your guide. Love one another as I have loved you, for in love, you will find the true purpose of your existence.

The truth is within you, Wain. Listen to your heart, seek my presence in all things, and live with love as your compass.

With eternal love,

God

You probably want to change from “ What would he say?” To “ What would you say?”

Overall, this poem has a provocative title, which hints at a deeper question which you don’t actually confront head on. That question being – how does God talk that something that you and I have discussed many times. Is my quaker meditation and sense of God‘s presence simply my own ego or is it God? What does it mean to say that the Bible is the word of God? Especially when it doesn’t really seem to be inerrant truth. I love you, have a good day.
